Virtual Server and Workstation Programs

Server Consolidation

On-Site can take your current servers and convert them into a virtual environment.  This is a great step if you are just starting a new network or it is time to replace servers in your current environment.  If your current servers have VT capability no new server is needed.

Server assessment

We’ll determine if you need a new server or if your current configuration is capable of handling a virtual hypervisor.

Image creation
We take your servers and convert the data to a virtual image

Set-up and installation
Once your old servers are imaged, we’ll configure your new server and load all images.  We test and validate that everything is working as it should before we install the new system at your network.

Server consolidation with HA (High Availability)

With a high availability set up we take the same process to consolidate your servers.  In addition we implement redundant servers and storage devices.   With this set-up in the event of a server failure your applications will automatically restart on the redundant servers.  When you can’t afford down time for your critical business this is the best solution.

Virtual Workstations

Terminal Server
A terminal server can be provided on your virtual server.  Employees will use a workstation, thin client, or remote desktop session to log into their virtual desktop.  All of their network applications are available and managed on one server.  When a workstation reaches the end of its lifespan or you need to expand, purchase inexpensive thin clients instead of workstations.  Then the only machine that needs upgrading is your host virtual server.

Virtualized Workstations
An alternative to the terminal server are individual workstations in a virtual environment. This is a great solution if you don’t have a lot of workstations or each station requires a different set of applications.
